If you chose to upgrade from Free to our paid plans, your subscription will be automatically renewed monthly or yearly based on the plan you have chosen, so you don’t lose access to your widgets. You can easily cancel your subscription in your admin panel in the Settings page.

Yes, you will be able to downgrade your plan at any time and you will continue to have access with the downgraded plan after your current plan expires.

Yes, our support team is always ready to help you. Click the chat button down to the right on any page to start chatting with us and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes, company profile can have multiple team members and they can be added though Settings page under “My Team” tab.

The following platforms can be connected to your account: Google, Fresha, Booking, Bokadirekt, Reco.se, Trustpilot, hitta.se. Upcoming platforms: Facebook, tripadvisor, Airbnb.

Yes, seeing as they are highly requested by customers they are first on the list of research for integration in future updates.

Yes, we have plans to add more languages for widgets and summary pages. For now we only have English and Swedish.

At the moment we don’t have integrations for those platforms, however, we will consider adding them in future updates.

You can embed iframe code for widgets you get when creating a widget in any html structure. At the moment we don’t have a wordpress plugin but are working on it.

 

The biggest social media platform that we integrate with is Google for now, with an official API provided to us from from Google for believing in our startup. The other platform you mentioned that offers reviews is Facebook, which we started looking into implementing as many people have asked for it.

Transparency is very important for us and for customers, therefore – both positive and negative reviews are posted and calculated into the average Trustbucket Scrore. To avoid for example creditors or bots from posting negative reviews, each email and reviewer will be able to add only 1 review and the email address will need to be verified by reviewer to have the review posted. The widget that you use on your website can be modified to only show for example 4- and 5-star reviews, although the average score will always count in all your reviews.

Yes, you can invite your customers to review you. This can either be done automatically with the automatic review collection tool or manually by adding their name and emails.

As we always want to have the freshest most updated reviews, they are stored temporarily and fetched and updated on a daily basis.

 

Yes, you can respond to Trustbucket reviews directly on the platform. Very soon we are adding responding to Google reviews directly on the platform as well.
