Did you know that 97% of people look at reviews before making a final decision on whether or not to purchase something?

Online reviews have a direct connection with your business’ reputation.

Seeing as it is the most popular source of information, it is only natural that users will first go to Google to check for reviews.

Step-by-Step Guide For Embedding Google Reviews On Your Website Using Trustbucket

Of course, in order to start using Trustbucket one must first create an account.

You’ll have the option to create a free account or create an account using  Google.

As you can see on the left side of the dashboard you have a navigation bar full of different options.
What you want to do next is click on “Connect platforms” which will take you to another section.

Step 3: Click on the “connect” button for Google

In this section, you have a clear view of all the connected platforms, the ones that are not connected and the ones which are yet to be integrated.

Choose Google by clicking on the “connect” button.

Step 4: Choose the (business) account you want to connect.

Step 5: Choose the location you want to connect to and press “connect”.

This will automatically fetch all of the reviews within that location and all of those reviews can be seen in the “Manage reviews” section in the navigation bar.

As you can see there are many types of widgets to choose from so go ahead and pick the one you like and customize it however you wish.

Once you’re done click on “save and get code”.

Copy that code and paste it wherever you’d like on your page.

And that’s all there is to it.

Why Are Google Reviews Even Important For Your Business?

Let me answer that question with another question:

When you’re looking for a particular place or business, how do you find it?

You search for it on Google, right? Well, you and everyone else. It’s a completely logical response seeing as how Google progressed over the years and is still the number one search engine with over 86% of the search market share.

1. Google My Business

Google launched “Google My Business”, which used to be “Google Places”. It gives businesses access to tools to submit and maintain their presence across multiple Google products. It is free to use and once you’ve provided your location and listing any user can submit customer reviews. And, believe it or not, people actually read reviews.

According to the findings in the annual Local Consumer Review Survey by BrightLocal, 91% of consumers trust a local business more if they have positive reviews.

Additionally, Google allows third-party companies such as Trustbucket to connect with the Google API and generate Google reviews for a specific business.

What Google does is make sure that everybody has a clear view of the reviews section every time your business is Googled or searched for in Google Maps.

2. Google reviews impact your SEO

Google uses the star ratings and shows them as a snippet alongside your website search result.

It also shows the rating snippet from other review sources such as Booking, Facebook, and others.
